Installation Step
1. Assemble the main part - just screw the upper pole with the lower pole for tighten connection
2. Assemble the 4-prong pole base - put and screw each part of the pole base in turn.
3. Insert the 4-prong pole base as deep as you possible into the ground, then plug the main part with the 4-fork pole base. Done!
NOTE:
1. It's recommended to use a least 2 poles to hang 1 heavy string light.
2. The optimal distance between poles depends on the weight of the string light or decoration you hang, for the heavy string lights, like commercial grade string lights, the recommended pole space is 6.5ft-10ft; and for light string lights, like fairy lights, the recommended pole distance is 12ft-15ft.
3. Please do not to use the string lights to drag the pole, as it would cause all the weight of the string light concentrate on one side of pole, further results in pole bending/lean; the right way to use the pole is to fix the 2 ends of the string lights on wall or tree, then use the pole to shore up the middle of string lights, making the string lights look beautiful with the sagging sensation.
