WARM TIPS
* When connect strip to controller by 4-pin interface, do align arrow mark to 12V mark. lights will not light up with wrong direction.
* When connect two rolls of strip, please connect them in parallel, not in series. Parallel means one roll to each 4-pin socket of controller. One socket can only drive 25ft strip. Overload can cause degraded performance and much shorter lifespan.
* Clean the surface before attaching strip to it. Make sure the surface is smooth&clean&dry to avoid falling off after a period of time.
* The angle of the IR receiver is 120°and the sensing limited is 8 meters,if the application don’t feedback,try control it within the sensing range.
* Don’t forget to pull out the plastic pad before using remote control. You can insert the plastic pad back to the remote after using to extend battery life. Replace a new battery when remote doesn’t work any more.
* If the power adaptor damaged,do not attempt to repair it under any circumstances.Just leave it and send email to our technical support,we’ll deal with it ASAP.
