1.Not as warm as the pictures:The product photos were taken in a dark room. If it is daytime, you may not see as warm color as that in the photos.
2.The white shell falls off:The Led lamp beads are safe to touch when electrified even without the white shells.The white shell(bulb) outside the lamp beads is decorative part,not functional.
3.Only half the lights working: Wires are bundled when you receive.The wires may loose from the controller if you untie them roughly.This results to half lights working or totally not working.But it will not cause any fire hazard because it's not a short circuit.
4.If the plug doesn't stay in the outlet, try to squeeze the both feet a little bit.
