Otherwise, the ballast will cause flicker or damage the bulb, please remove or bypass ballast before installation.1. Ballast had a black and white wire on the input side (120V). It also had two red and two blue output wires. To bypass this ballast cut all 6 wires.2. You can then connect the two red wires to the black wire.3.
