Q1,Why did the light strip fall off the TV ?
LEDs have an adhesive backing, just be sure you don't pull off the adhesive with the paper
Q2, Why do some customers say the length is enough and some say the length is not enough?
There are some differences in TV sizes between different brands.
In the installation processthe,size should be measured first, the LED light strip can be close to the TV center, a little distance from the TV edge, so it will be ok.
Q3,Can it light up four sides of TV 60 inch?
Nope, but top and sides will be light up, and no embarrassing dark space exsits as my above pictures showed?3 sides?
Also we have the longer size led strip for choose.
Q4,Can I use other brand led controller?
Nope,Our different sizes of light strip can only be used with WENICE accompanying controllers.
1. The suggested remote distance is 6.6-9.8 ft. Needs to aim at the receiver without any obstacles between remote and TV.
2. The led strip only can be usd for WENICE 24KEY remote controller
3. Ensure the back surface of your TV is clean and dry before installation to avoid falling off
